We employ a method of frequent visits to our translation teams in their home countries. Our team has regular meetings with in-country teams to discuss the development of high quality and effective communication techniques, sharing the most up-to-date information on best practice, etc. This helps us maintain long-term collaborative relationships with all Asian countries and retain fruitful partnerships.
Rates
Cost is a sensitive issue for many clients. We understand that many translation agency clients seek vendors with competitive pricing structures to provide them a competitive advantage when bidding for projects. Our prices, therefore, are fair and reasonable and in line with market expectations.
On-time delivery
When we receive a new project, we estimate if the delivery deadline is reasonable or not, and we discuss directly with the client if it is inadequate. We suggest a deadline structure that is sufficient to ensure quality. However, experience suggests that there are times when deadlines that are shorter than ideal are required by our clients. In this case, we employ our own contingency plans and contact all available translators and editors so that we meet the deadline by engaging a higher number of team members for high volume projects.
Fast response
We have worked with many overseas clients, often spanning significant time zone differentials. This can cause quality and deadline challenges. Clients often worry about this. However, we have adopted a unique fast response system, enabling us to be responsive day and night.
